Rent To Own

No Credit Check, Small Deposit

We offer Rent to Own purchase agreements, the deposit on buildings costing up to $2,500.00 is $150.00 and the deposit on buildings costing over $2,500.00 up to $7,000.00 is $250.00.  We offer 24, 36 and 48 month rent to own terms.  The payment amount is shown below.  There is no credit check but applicant must meet certain requirements. 

Delivery                                                                                                    Delivery up to 100 miles  from Newville Alabama is included in the price.  We deliver over 100 miles for a reasonable freight charge, call or email for a freight quote.

Porches                                                                                                       To determine the price for a building with a porch add $400.00 to the regular price determined by the total width and lenth of the building including the porch from the price list below.

Doors                                                                                                   Prices include one door, your choice of a 3 foot wide door or a 4 foot wide door.  To add a 3' or 4' door the charge is $250.00.  To add a 6' double door the charge is $350.00.  To get a 6' double door instead of the 3' or 4' door the charge is $300.00. 

Windows are $75.00 each.

Electrical is $15.00 per receptical or basic light fixture.
